Synopsis: |
|
Kaoru Hanabishi, a college student who lives alone, met a beautiful but bewildered girl dressed in a kimono at a train station. He volunteered to guide her way to the address she was looking for, which happened to be in his neighborhood, but turned out to be an empty lot. Not knowing what to do next, Kaoru invited the devastated girl to his apartment and asked for any additional clues to her destination. She supplied him with a photo of two children whom Kauru immediately identified as himself and Aoi Sakuraba, his childhood friend. It turned out that the girl in front of him is Aoi Sakuraba herself, his betrothed fiancee who came all the way to Tokyo to marry him. Her revelation was not only surprising but also reminded the deepest part of Kaoru's memory for why he left the Hanabishi family in the first place.

The story itself isn't out of the ordinary......boy meets girl, falls in love and another 4 girls do the same. However, it is good the way the story develops around the two main characters. The male lead isn't an asshole nor an idiot and that makes him a likable character. The female lead is.....interesting......She doesn't know anything else besides her love for the male lead and it's kinda interesting to see how the story develops around her.
There is no tragedy to make the plot a little more complicated (except the facts concerning the past of the main male character which I won't spoil for you), so all you can expect is love-love in every episode.
The motivation of each character is explained and you get to identify with the situation of a few characters, however there are some that only do what they do because they want and that leaves you with the feeling of emptiness.
I would recommend this anime if you want a light story of love....

I love its manga more than its anime because its anime is not complete. Its anime doesn't have ending.
Its story is simple but very amazing.
Aoi's long waiting for marriage is really interesting.

very simple love story without much complications and all and a good time pass.
it lacks in story department i would say.
animation,sound and characters were exceptionally good.
especially encode is just best for this size.
its worth watching for first time.

Straight forword romantic anime

A traditional japanese story.The main character are Aoi and Kaoru.Both belongs to rich families but kaoru has left his family and now living alone and studying.Aoi is perfect in every sense ie she is beautiful,she cook, she loves kaoru deeply.
I like the story but there is no deep thought into it just a straight foreword story many girls are present around kaoru but there is no real twist to it and the part where he left his family that is completely forgotten.All the episodes just seems to repeat.The ending is not special either.Over all i can say if you have time you can watch it.It is not special story or boring and not even amazing

This anime is so-so. I didn't really enjoy it as it was pretty much the same from episode 1 to episode 24. Not something I enjoy seeing over and over.

General Analysis:
This anime is a "Happy" love story. There are no dramas involved. The girl has endless love for the 1 guy, and the 1 guy loves only that 1 girl. Nothing tragic, just a happy love story. Along the way there is harem and whatnot to make the show somewhat enjoyable but all in all. It was a 2 or 3 episode anime, stretched to 24 episodes. Every episode I watched was exactly the same as the one before it, with a change of scenery and scenario. Nothing exciting and nothing to get you blood boiling (nothing to make you angry or sad etc)
The main role, Kaoru, isn't some idiot as seen in many of these genres. So in the least, that was fun to watch.
There isn't much to say about this anime; it was 'nice'
Animation was somewhat poor and very jerky and I didn't really enjoy the characters and their personalities etc. This just isn't my type of anime.
If you want some thing that is 'happy' from episode 1 to episode 24, then this is for you

Better than the manga

If you've read or seen the manga, you might agree with me that the anime just LOOKS better in terms of character design - the animation is good too. As an anime in the harem genre, you get the one guy surrounded by several ladies, but in this instance, the male lead is actually a competent individual - he isn't clumsy or uneducated or stumbling all over the place heh. A few of the other girls are vying for his affection in some episodes focused on them, but the real pair here is Aoi and Kaoru and they have a lot of nice chemistry between them during their daily lives.
Not too serious and not too crazy, it's a nice romance anime.
